Welcome to Burpp Fest ("the Festival"), produced and managed by Aeroeast Private Limited ("the Organizer", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of tickets, attendance, entry onto festival grounds, and participation in all associated events including Burpp Fest at Sarusajai Stadium and Burpp Center at City Center Guwahati.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for activities, or entering the festival premises, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not purchase a ticket or enter the venue.

• Valid Admission: Each festival pass or digital QR ticket grants entry for one individual only for the designated event date(s) and time slot specified at the time of booking.
• Identity Verification: All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Voter ID) matching the name on the digital booking voucher upon request at the entry gates.
• Wristband Issuance: Digital QR codes will be scanned at registration counters and replaced with non-transferable festival wristbands. Wristbands must be worn securely on the wrist throughout the event duration.
• Tampering & Loss: Wristbands that are cut, removed, taped, transferred, stretched, or visibly tampered with will be deemed invalid. Lost or broken wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances; a new pass must be purchased subject to availability.
• Age Requirements: Children aged 5 and under may enter free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult. Minors below 16 must remain accompanied by a legal parent or guardian at all times.

To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, artists, vendors, and staff, rigorous security checks including baggage inspection, handheld scanners, and metal detectors will be enforced at all gate checkpoints.

Strictly Prohibited Items Include:

Confiscated items will not be stored, logged, or returned. Security staff reserves the unconditional right to deny entry to anyone possessing illegal items or refusing a security check.

Burpp Fest is dedicated to providing an inclusive, welcoming, and safe festival atmosphere for all guests. We practice zero tolerance for any form of verbal harassment, physical violence, sexual harassment, intoxication, offensive language, or discriminatory behavior.

• The festival organizers and venue security reserve the absolute right of admission.
• Any attendee who violates our code of conduct, enters designated backstage/artist-only areas without authorization, damages property, or endangers the well-being of others will be immediately escorted off premises by law enforcement or security personnel without any refund or recourse.

Alcoholic beverages may only be served and consumed within designated, licensed beverage zones inside the festival venue in compliance with local excise laws in the state of Assam.

Attendees wishing to purchase or consume alcohol must be of legal drinking age (21 years and above) and will be required to show government photo ID to obtain an age-verified wristband. The organizers advocate responsible drinking and reserve the right to cease service to visibly intoxicated guests.

By attending Burpp Fest, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, and recorded by official festival film crews, accredited journalists, and media partners.

You grant Burpp Fest and Aeroeast Private Limited perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use your photograph, image, likeness, voice, and biometric appearance in any promotional broadcast, social media distribution, live stream, television broadcast, and commercial marketing across any and all media platforms.

While every effort is made to maintain advertised schedules, all announced performers, artists, headliners, culinary pop-ups, interactive stage timings, and stage arrangements are subject to change, delay, or substitution without prior announcement due to travel delays, illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen operational difficulties.

Substitutions, delays, or revisions in the festival lineup do not entitle ticket purchasers to a partial or full refund.

Attendance at outdoor festivals involves inherent risks (including loud music, crowd surges, strobe lighting, dust, and weather elements). Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the festival.

The Organizers, venue authorities, sponsors, and partners shall not be held liable for personal injury, property theft, hearing impairment, allergic reactions from vendor food, lost personal items, or incidental damages.

Qualified medical teams and ambulances are on-site for emergency first aid. Attendees agree to allow emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary by certified personnel on duty.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to Burpp Fest shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Guwahati, Assam, India.
